Walking Program

The walking division of USA FIT Bend is known as the Red Group, and we are glad that you have chosen to join us!  Depending on this year’s Red member goals we will customize the training program to meet your needs.  We always encourage you to bring a friend who walks your pace so that you can enjoy the benefits of the program together.

The goals of our walking program are similar to our run program – increase your endurance, speed and health.  You will benefit from the same Weekly Seminars, comraderie and coaching.
